Image Composer
Once you get the hang of it, Image Composer is a nice little image editor
with a couple of surprises.
First though, the bad news:
 | NO MULTIPLE UNDO's. That's right ... you can only undo the very
last oops.
|
 | While the Save for the Web Wizard does a respectable job saving in a gif
or jpg format, it is not the best I've seen.
|
 |
OK, now for the good news, also known
as surprises:
Image Composer's help menu has a really good tutorial to get you
acquainted with the program. I finished it in about 45 minutes. Plus, the most
common (look left) tasks are listed for easy reference.
[Help] [Common Tasks]
Effects Tools |
 |
The Effects tools can make your art look like
Picasso, Rembrandt, Dahli. I created the little ditty to your left by playing around
with shapes, colors, and EFFECTS. [Tools] [Effects]
All right, so it's not Dahli or Rembrandt, but can't you see a
little Picasso? Yes?? |

Want image buttons?
Buttons were never easier. From IC's [Insert] menu choose [Button] and follow
along with the button wizard. The little FrontPage Highlights logo you see on every
page began as a lowly IC button. |
| Oh yeah, it's a table alright.
This one is set for a specific pixel width, 700. Netscape has been randomingly
tossing
the screen shots around. Just wanted to make this one stay put. You'll see it
again on the Tables Page. |
